1600mm Conveyor Belt Joint Machine / Automated Conveyor Belt Hot Splicing Equipment from Leno Machinery is the world’s most classic heavyweight belt sectional vulcanizing press. Distinguished by the core competencies of Leno technology, the press is designed and assembled with the following components:
(Ⅰ) Machine Feature:
High-strength aluminum alloy beams
Flexible Leno rubber “Pressure Bag” uniform pressure system
Special designed cooling system build-in platens
Electronic Pump shortens pressure rising time
Platens can be rectangular or parallelogram and can be connected to other platens for scalability
(Ⅱ)Machine Specification:
1. Heating time: from room temperature to vulcanization temperature of no more than 25 minutes
2. Heating plate surface temperature difference: ± 2.5 ℃
3. The temperature adjustment range: 0 ~ 200 ℃ (custom)
4. Vulcanization pressure: 100 PSI, 200PSI, and tested by 2.0 Mpa before delivery.
5. Curing temperature: 0 ~ 99min (according to the thickness of the belt to adjust)
