The main parts of the vulcanizer are made of aluminum alloy, so it is smaller, lighter and easier to carry. The heating element is a multi-layer structure, connected through a three-phase circuit at 380V (or 660V). It works stably and reliably under small current. The heating plate shell is made of aluminum alloy, which has lower thermal inertia and directivity, which can make the surface heating temperature uniform.
